Cancellation Policy

Notice Required

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Message us on Instagram @za_xartel, or manage your booking directly through the Setmore booking link.

We understand things come up. That said, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client.
