By booking or receiving a service from Za Xartel Beauty Lounge, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer lash, brow, waxing, and smile emporium services as listed on our site. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

No Guarantee of Results

Results from any service vary by individual — skin type, hair growth cycle, tooth composition, and aftercare all affect outcomes. We do not guarantee a specific result.

Health Disclosure

You're responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, skin conditions, or relevant medical conditions before your service. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service where we believe it isn't safe to proceed.

Cosmetic Services Only

Smile Emporium services (including whitening and teeth gems) are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for professional dental care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a dental health concern, please consult a licensed dentist.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to receive services, or be accompanied by and have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are booked through our scheduling partner, Setmore. Prices listed on our site are current at time of publishing and are subject to change.

Cancellations

Right to Refuse Service

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone for reasons of health, safety, or conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Za Xartel Beauty Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a service, except where caused by our own gross negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
